Everything you should know about Aurelia gift certificates
No. Aurelia gift certificates are valid indefinitely — until the full balance is used.
In your account, in the "Certificates" section. You will see the code, current balance and status. Certificates you purchased and ones received from others are shown separately.
Yes. If the order total exceeds the certificate value — you pay the difference the usual way (LiqPay card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer). If the certificate covers the whole order — no extra payment is needed.
The remainder stays on the certificate and can be used on future orders until it reaches zero. The current balance is always visible in your account.
No. When a certificate is applied, other discounts (promo codes and AURE bonuses) are unavailable. Per order, only one applies: either the certificate, or a promo code + bonuses.
If you provided an email that belongs to a registered Aurelia user — the certificate appears automatically in their account. If the recipient is not registered, they can use the code at checkout without an account. And if they later register with the same email, the certificate will find them automatically.
No, a paid certificate is non-refundable. But it has no expiration — you can use it at any time, and unused balance is kept.
