Offer agreement

This agreement is a public offer from sole proprietor KESIL MAKSYM MYKHAILOVYCH (hereinafter — the Seller) for retail sale of goods through the online store on the website.

The agreement is considered concluded without further signing by the parties from the moment the order is confirmed, which is sent to the buyer's email within one business day.

Goods are handed over to delivery services within 21 calendar days from the conclusion of the agreement.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer from the moment the seller hands the goods to the chosen delivery service.

Delivery cost is determined by the chosen carrier's rates and is paid separately by the buyer.

All items comply with DSTU 3527-97 standard for jewelry made of precious metals.

In accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return.

Each item passes quality control at the State Assay Office of Ukraine and bears the corresponding hallmarks.

Product prices include all taxes.

Delivery cost is separate from the product price and depends on the chosen carrier's rates.

Commission fees are charged to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the chosen payment provider.

The seller collects and processes the buyer's personal data to fulfill obligations under the contract.

Data may be transferred to third parties for order fulfillment (delivery services, payment systems).

All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the parties.

If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with Ukrainian law.
